These terms apply to wavegroup.ai, advisory.wavegroup.ai, tech.wavegroup.ai, which are operated by Wave Group. By using any of them you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use the sites.
They govern the websites themselves. They are not the terms of any engagement: work for a client is done under a separate written agreement, and where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement wins.
01What the sites are for
They describe what Wave Group does and provide a way to get in touch. You may read, print and share what is on them for your own reference and for ordinary business use.
02What is published here is not advice
Nothing on these sites is legal, financial, regulatory, investment or professional advice, and nothing on them creates a client relationship. A conversation, a proposal or a signed agreement does that. Do not act on something published here without taking advice on your own circumstances.
Descriptions of previous work, capabilities and results are illustrative. They are not a promise of the same outcome for anybody else.
03Accuracy
We take care that what is published here is accurate at the time it is published, and we do not guarantee that it stays that way. Pages may be changed or removed at any time, and the sites may be unavailable while they are maintained or if something upstream fails.
04Ownership
The text, design, photography, drawings, code and marks on these sites belong to Wave Group or to whoever licensed them to us, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. The Wave name and mark, and the names of the divisions and products, are ours.
You may quote a passage with attribution and a link. You may not copy the sites, republish them substantially, use them to train a model, or use our names or marks in a way that suggests an endorsement or a relationship that does not exist.
05What you send us
Do not send confidential information through an enquiry form. A form on a public website is the wrong channel for it, and an unsolicited disclosure does not put us under a duty of confidence. If you have something confidential to discuss, say so first and we will agree a way to do it.
You keep ownership of what you send. You give us permission to read it, store it and use it to respond to you, which is what sending it was for.
You agree not to misuse the sites: no attempt to gain unauthorised access, no interference with their operation, no automated harvesting of the content, and nothing unlawful.
06Links out
Where we link to another organisation it is because we think the destination is worth reading. It is not an endorsement of everything there, and we are not responsible for sites we do not run.
07Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, the sites are made available as they are, and we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data or any indirect or consequential loss arising from using them or being unable to use them.
08Privacy
What we do with personal information is set out in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
09Changes
We may change these terms. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date at the head of the page tells you when it was last changed.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.
